Kemp Legal has experience serving clients in the fields of aviation, aerospace, business, and corporate law.  Kemp Legal is based in the Atlanta-metro area and serves clients nationwide.  It is my goal to provide high-quality legal representation with great efficiency.

After graduating from high school in Richmond Hill, Georgia, I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  I served four years as a Guidance and Control Avionics Journeyman based out of Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington.  During my time in service, I was fortunate to complete tours of duty in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.  I also traveled to Guam, Singapore, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and the Azores Islands for temporary duty.

After separating from the Air Force, I was blessed with the opportunity to attend college and law school.  Because of my passion for aviation, I also attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where I earned an LL.M. in Air & Space Law.  While attending Ole Miss Law, I interned with the Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Regional Counsel.

With a lot of support from family and mentors, I started this practice in 2014.  In August of 2014, I joined Joe Hardy, Jr., my mentor, as Of Counsel for Hardy Law, LLC.  Through both my practice and that of Hardy Law, I strive to provide a relationship-centered legal service to each client.
